Going back to clean a carpet

This carpet is a job we already had. The job had been completed, and the customer was satisfied. However, after we left and the carpet dried, this stain came back up a very harsh red. This stain was due to many juices falling in the same area. So we did what we felt was the right thing. We went back to that house, a spot cleaned that area. We used a spotter to tackle the worst of the staining. The spotter was followed by another steam cleaning with a product we use called Vanquish, which is very strong and, when diluted with water, can be an excellent stain remover. Afterward, we used Scotch Guard to protect the carpet from future stains. Though not all of it is completely gone, the client was satisfied with us. We informed them that they could call us back for whatever reason. We prefer that our jobs are done thoroughly and correctly. We believe that if we continue to work hard at making sure our customers are satisfied, they will trust our company and return if they have any other issues within their home.
