Personal jobs taken care of.

We get a lot of pretty personal jobs. This client was so kind and understanding throughout the entire process, and the job was extensive! The second floor of her brand new home flooded with about 3 to 4 inches of water and soaked through the wood flooring to the first floor, causing it to practically "rain" inside. This, in turn, damaged a majority of her ceiling on the first floor. Much of the water had saturated the sheetrock on the first floor, which caused the paint to begin swelling and bubbling off the walls. All of this meant the ceilings needed to be opened up and dried out. The insulation required replacement. All of the affected walls needed to be repainted, and all of her continuous wood flooring needed to be replaced as well. All of this takes time, and it is our job to work as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of work. The client stated the reason why she chose SERVPRO was because we made it to her home in a timely manner, began work immediately so no mold got the chance to grow, and we genuinely cared about the job being done in her home.
