After a tropical storm came through we had water over an inch deep in our office. I called SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County and they were on the scene very quickly! They assessed the damage and began to clean up immediately. The staff was very professional and explained the measures they were taking to clean up from the damage. I would highly recommend the team at SERVPRO.

On February 6, 2020, there was a tornado that came through the area in which I live, and it was confirmed to be at least 125 mph wind in the area where my house is. The wind pulled shingles and felt paper off my roof, exposing the wood. My house was built 72 years ago, and it had slates for the roof under the felt paper and shingles. Once the wind pulled them off, water began to get into my attic, which in return caused my living room ceiling to collapse. I had contacted my insurance agent, and he informed me he had SERVPRO on standby to come out to put a tarp on my roof. They (SERVPRO) had a roofing company come out the day of the tornado and put a tarp on my house, and on February 7, 2020, I signed paperwork for SERVPRO to do the cleanup and water mitigation. SERVPRO came back out on Sunday, February 9, and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the house out. Throughout this process, SERVPRO was very professional and very informative about what they were doing and what was next in the process. I would highly recommend them, and I would use them again if it were ever to happen again.

I have been lucky to do business with SERVPRO South Cabarrus County, as a general contractor, over the past 7 years. They have always proven to be cool and calm dealing with house fires or floods. They're able to get on scene fast, assess the situation, and apply their proven formulas to get things under control. After all the storms I had a shower in my living room. The next day I was not sure were to start so I called SERVPRO at lunch time and they were at my house within 3 hours; walked me through the process, inspected, tarpped the roof and documented the damage for insurance. They were extremely nice and respectful of my property. They knew what they were talking about and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that has a disaster in there house.
