Some clients choose to handle items from a inspection report themselves because it may not be covered by there policy. This can also effect there homes Insurance CLUE report. CLUE ( Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) is a data bass which records reported loss and damage information, and it is utilized by most Insurance carriers. Bad CLUE reports can follow you over years and can effect and increase premiums and renewal issues for a customer.

We at SERVPRO of South Cabarrus County would like to thank you for the opportunity to service your clients over the past 7 years. We are only getting better with age! Below, is a brief list of our past and most recent achievements.

  • We have a highly trained staff with certifications in multiple fields.
  • We have a certified technician to handle any job (water, fire, mold, trauma, carpet cleaning, etc), which will provide clients with a quality experience.

  • Our staff uses the latest application software, such as Xactimate and Symbility. We currently have six people on staff trained in Xactimate and three people trained in Symbility. This training allows for quicker estimates, remediation and file closure turnaround times.

  • We have been identified by SERVPRO corporate as being in the top 10% of franchises with the fastest cycle time in our trainership.

  • We have hired a new commercial marketing representative to develop long-term relationships and create new relationships with commercial clients.

  • We offer a no-cost emergency plan to all commercial clients, which contains all the information a business owner may need to know in case of an emergency (emergency contacts, shutoffs, etc).This planis a way for usto give back to the community and to make people aware of our services in case something were to happen.
